By accessing and using the Rectangle Roofing Studio estimator tool ("the Tool"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Tool.
All pricing and measurements provided by the Tool are preliminary estimates based on satellite imagery and general material pricing. These estimates are not a contract, bid, or binding offer. Actual project costs may vary based on factors including but not limited to: on-site inspection findings, actual roof pitch and complexity, current material availability and pricing, permit requirements, structural repairs or code upgrades, and accessibility of the property.
Final pricing will only be provided after an in-person inspection by a licensed Rectangle Roofing representative. Rectangle Roofing LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time prior to execution of a written contract.
The Tool provides estimates on an "as-is" basis. Rectangle Roofing LLC makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any estimate generated by the Tool. Satellite-based roof measurements may differ from actual dimensions measured on-site.
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Rectangle Roofing LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Tool or reliance on any estimate provided. This includes, without limitation, any decisions made based on estimate information.
Rectangle Roofing LLC is a licensed roofing contractor in the State of Florida, license number CCC1337049. All roofing work is performed in accordance with applicable Florida building codes and Collier County regulations.
All content, design, and functionality of the Tool are the property of Rectangle Roofing LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Tool without our prior written consent.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from your use of the Tool shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Collier County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Tool after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
